Job Description:

The Account Manager at Eastridge Motors plays a critical role in managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and promoting long-term loyalty. By understanding our clients’ needs and preferences, you will serve as their primary point of contact and advocate within the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns.

Account Maintenance: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and customer retention.

Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance client loyalty and promote repeat business through personalized service and engagement initiatives.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business and renewals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to identify opportunities for business development and differentiation.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences, preferences, and suggestions for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant departments for action.

Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and customer satisfaction metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in account management, client relations, or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering solutions and exceeding client expectations.
